# Helpful Hints:

01 -
  • The broth comes together in minutes but tastes like it simmered for hours
  • Frozen wontons mean zero prep work while still feeling homemade
  • The balance of spicy coconut broth with fresh greens is somehow both light and deeply satisfying
02 -
  • Do not let the curry paste burn when you first add it to the hot oil
  • The broth will seem thin before adding coconut milk but it transforms immediately
  • Frozen wontons need plenty of space so they do not stick together
  • Vegetables overcook quickly so add them last
03 -
  • Freeze extra wontons in single serving portions for future soup nights
  • The broth actually tastes better the next day so make extra
